Before the termination they did send any warning or PIP. In last 2 yeras I was among the top performar in the office. I requested to senior manager to reconsider the termination. They asked for few times and called me for full & final settlement. I got the cheque for full & final settlement but yet not received any documents from the company. This might help you with either your reinstatement or awarding compensation and damages for your loss. Apart from this i would recommend you to contact a lawyer personally as there are several steps involved and brief facts are necessary to judge which type of employment you were in or whether it was a wrongful termination, to avoid any further discrepancies."
