Since 2000, he has been practicing and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh. Also, he has been appointed as the SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR by the Government of Haryana. He is having an excellent record in conducting heinous criminal cases at the District Courts level. Mr. Tanwar is the Director/Founder of Law Offices of Kr. The Gurugram team majorly focuses on Commercial litigation catering to the requirements of the various banking and Non-Banking Finance Companies by adopting Alternate Dispute Resolution tools. Mr. Tanwar’s area of specialization has been criminal laws, but apart from criminal litigation, Mr. Tanwar has forayed into ADR.
