Man Cheated Me And Lied
One man was separated from his wife for 2 years, never met her. Promised to marry me and leave her and divorce her. I have all in writing, where he says even that we have the Gandharva marriage and I will always be his wife even if I am not with him. Seems he was a fraud and liar and was cheating on his wife. He cheated me majorly, and returned to his toxic abusive wife, leaving me heartbroken. Since he claimed me as his wife, conjugated or gandharva marriage and promised to marry me, do I have any rights? Can I claim restitution of any kind? Ps...I am a foreigner, practicing Hindu

Dear Madam, You have a very good case to sue him on criminal side also on civil side. He is liable to answer the following. ==================================================================== Section 419 in The Indian Penal Code 419. Punishment for cheating by personation.—Whoever cheats by personation shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both. Section 420 in The Indian Penal Code 420. Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.—Whoever cheats and thereby dishonestly induces the person deceived to deliver any property to any person, or to make, alter or destroy the whole or any part of a valuable security, or anything which is signed or sealed, and which is capable of being converted into a valuable security, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

have an outstanding loan in Dubai of which I have already paid half . The agency in India has filed an FIR against me and they are waiting for permission from the ministry of Home affairs to arrest me. Is it possible for them to arrest me ? I tried to settle with the bank on a payment t plan but they are not co operating and keep saying that they will arrest me if I dont pay up in 2-3 installments . Someone suggested me to get an anticipatory bail but many lawyers said it will get rejected or maybe the court will ask for a big amount as bond . What should I do ?
