Good eveg sir/madam, as per the rules contemplated in the Act we should give 4 witnesses signature in the application for getting marriage registration.. 2 is for girl's side and other 2 for boy's side

My parents have been married for 33 years, currently living in gujarat. They need a marriage certificate. My dad is retired from army. They have a marriage certificate from the gurudwara in punjab where they got married. During the time, they dont have any wedding pics or video.
