Under the Muslim law, the right of a Woman to divorce her husband is very limited. First, it depends on whether you want to go under Sharia Law or through the Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act. Under Sharia law you'll have to approach Dar-ul-Qaza. Dar-ul-Qaza are like Shariya Panchayat and they generally try to mediate the differences and cause reconciliation. However, the only way you can get a divorce under Sharia Law is through Khula but for that consent of Husband for divorce would be important. Under Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act, a woman can ask for a decree of divorce but the grounds are limited.
