Mr Thakur born in Hamirpur on 22nd March 1992. He did B.A. L.L.B. (Hons) in 2015 from University Institute of Legal Studies, Shimla. He also obtained Master in Laws from Kurukshetra University in 2019 wherein his dissertation topic was Indian German Comparative Law: A Comparative Study of Indian and German Legal Systems.
