Recently i shifted my household matrrials from hyderabad to gaziabad by a movers and packers. I found a lot of materials missing inside the packs though the no of packs remains intact. What legal step should i take

The customer support executive wrongly guided me to delete my hosting service which caused the total deletion of my websites database and code. The manager said they have the backup and sent me a backup of last year which is useless. All customers are lost due to GoDaddy execs mistake. How can I sue them to get reimbursement to the loss they have caused?
