Sue Godaddy.com For Jeopardizing My Company
The customer support executive wrongly guided me to delete my hosting service which caused the total deletion of my websites database and code. The manager said they have the backup and sent me a backup of last year which is useless. All customers are lost due to GoDaddy execs mistake. How can I sue them to get reimbursement to the loss they have caused?

Hi, When a case is filed against a builder for delayed possession under a Consumer Court, how is the interest (on the deposited amount) calculated/arrive at: 1. Is the penal interest calculated from committed date of possession until the date of OC? 2.
