1. You cannot take loan over the said land as you already sold the land and done the registration of sale agreement. 2. You cannot sale it to another purchaser without cancelation of existing Sale Agreement. 3. You need to issue a.legal notice to the purchaser for his performance according to sale agreement and if he fails to comply the notice within stipulated time as per legal notice, then after expiry of stipulated time of legal notice you have to file Suit for Specific Performance before the Hon'le Civil Court.
