How I can file complaint about company? they didn't provide experience letter. I've worked in that firm 2.6 years ( Nov 2014 - May 2017)

With respect to your query, the legal opinion is as under:- (1) You may please send formal legal notice to the company requesting experience letter and all pending dues from company (2) However if post expiration of notice period, you can file Civil suit seeking direction from Court to company for issue of experience letter. (3) You can also claim damages due on company from the Court. (3)

Can I do regular B.ed degree along with full time government job without getting leave if the private B.ed college willing to manage attendance problem? Shall I be able to show both the job experience and B.ed degree while applying to government school jobs?

I got an email offer from a private Software company stating Monthly salary, Start date,3 months contract, Title, Client etc. I accepted the offer through email. But my start date has still not honored and 15 days completed from Start date now but I have still not started. They say client is delaying due to COVID-19 and say they will start in another 1 week. Can I take any legal action. Based on their email only I accepted and cancelled all my other assignments and also my job search.
